Cells to make a powerbank

Guys haa anyone came across any cells that can be recommended (18650's) maybe by someone like great Scott ?
I'm based in Argentina and getting good stuff from Amazon /US is nearly impossible or i got to pay a lot whilst AliExpress takes forever but they finally delivered a couple of items I've ordered.

Ive always used samsung batteries and have been quite happy with them. You can also find samsung as a cross for some power tools battery packs as well. Should be able to find a source that will ship to you.
 
Darunion Thanks a bunch. Problem is how to source them both reliably and cheap. Arg customs is something I cannot describe and somehow Arg gov is allowing imports from China.
