Everytime i open my cd-rw it seems to be fine, but when i press the button for it to go back in it seems to go in about 1-2 cm and then stop and requires me to push it or it will not go in.
I would tell you what kind it is but i got it with my old computer so i dont know

Do i need to open it up to fix this problem, have any of you ever had this problem and wats the best way to fix it.
 
theres a prob with aopen dual dvdrw if u changed the front plate to either the silver/black it blokes the tray from coming out... need to push and pull it up ..

only the beige plates work haha , typical
 
well thats definately not the problem because it comes out fine, however when it goes back in it will go back in about 2cm and then stop completely! TILL I PUSH IT then it goes in what should i do open it up?
