CD holder in your 5.25" bay ?

Just wondering if anyone knows where one would find this/something similar to the above link, but available in australia.
I figured this isn't very likely and thought of possibly making/modding one as its a nifty idea.

Yeah, most of my cds get scratched etc around on my desktop.
But I cant even buy one of these because via that site you need to be currently residing in the US, Canada or Puerto Rico and i cant find them anywhere else.
