I just bought a new case from new egg :) and its awesome but the problem is not with the case.... after i moved every thing from my old case to the new one it wont read either of my cd drives, i have an aopen slot in dvd drive and a lite on 52x32x52 ... how can i fix this... the ide cable works i know this for a fact, there both pluged in and have power

Just because the CD gets power does not mean the data cable works.

Check to make sure the cables are completely "plugged in" (to both the motherboard and the drives), and if that doesn't solve your problems, try one drive at a time (be sure to select master on that drive).

Replace the cable... I have seen many cables go bad, especially after changing drives or cases.

Good luck!

And make sure you have the IDE cable the right way. In most cases it is impossible to put it on wrong, but I've had problems with it with some computers.
