LOL It's all there, just have to put it togather.

1/3+HP compressor 2 gallon Res. Glycol based coolant & deanatured alcahol mix swiftech cpu block Will cool 3700+ Clawhammer on a DFI Nf3250GB board

Looks good so far... if it was my project, you'd see about 1/2 of that stuff there and then I'd be making about 4 trips to the store throughout the build to pick up stuff I forgot about.

LOL I'll bet no matter how hard I try I will be making one or two trips back to the supplier or hardware store.

That sounds like every project I've ever undertaken... lol.

Glad I'm not the only one.

Also.. holy shit, that's a load of Pepsi :D Leftover rations from Y2K?
maybe he should substitute some into the loop if he runs low on his coolant mix while filling. :D

Well my engineer bud sent me some pics of what the case will look like still need to add opening for condensor. Once I get it I will have to drill holes for some switches and thermostat control knob.

Action mode in neutral right now, waiting on case, be here middle of next week.

Looks sort of homeless :(

Heres the final design of the case

Made some changes on the design of chiller case so it slowed delivery down ,should be here end of the week.
So I'm insulating my MB and the swiftech CPU water block.
Motherboard backside required a couple coats of the clear PCB lacquer and a couple coats of liquid electrical tape and then 2 layers of 1/8" self adhesive armaflex insulation and the a single piece ofr 1/4" closed cell neoprene. The way it's insulate there is no gap between the back of the MB and case, airtight fit.

Now the top of the MB received two coats of liquid electrical tape and it will also get a layer of seal string around the critical areas where condensation could occur.(seal string) http://www.crazypc.com/Merchant2/me...oduct_Code=9270
the last step on the MB will e to size a piece closed cell neoprene around the processor so when the water block is mounted it will be pretty much airtight, the socket and immediate area around it will receive a heaping helping of diaelectric grease. And its ready to go.
The video card also received a couple of coats liquid electrical tape and will add seal string to it also just in case some condensation forms above the video card.
The swiftech block.. I used 4 layers of 1/8" armaflex self adhesive insulation on the top and sides of the block and 1/4" on the bottom of block surrounding the processor for a good seal. 1/2" should insulate it and prevent condensation. there. In the pics you see the insulated waterlines attached to the water block. When the block is mounted it will form a tight seal between bottom of block and MB. Also reworked mounting hardware for easy removal from front side of MB.

Hopefully the next set of pics. will be assembly of the phase chiller

the big brown truck came today Woot!

Now the case is unfinished at this point, once I install all the componets and get it running and tuned I will then unbolt everything and with some help lift the whole unit out of the case and then I can finish the prep on the exteior of the case. It will then ship out to my buddy in NY. who has a custom metal fab shop and powdercoating setup it will be sandblasted and powder coated with a mirror black finish. I have lexan for the window in the case and thesePabst 120MM fans for the case

Then a wee bit of lite for the case the case feet are lighted replacement case feet for cheiftec cases (BLUE and of course some cold cathode for the chiller

Well thats it for now

Well heres a update.... The tower is done I had to use a bucket of ice water in order to load the OS and programs and of course tune it up a bit 2.7GHz stable
be glad to have some real chilly liquid on that chip

Started putting the chiller togather today

It's ready to plumb. Hopefully next week I will be doing the plumbing,
