So I'm having an interesting problem and I'm stumped at how to solve it.

Everytime I try to install a program, AMD - Catalyst Istall Manager - Version 03.00.0855 will pop up and ask me to install/uninstall Catalyst. This happens no matter where I try the an install from, be it a disk or downloading something.

Why is it doing this and how can I fix it.
