cat 6.4 oblivion performance (ATI)

has anybody noticed a performane gain in oblivion after installing catalyst 6.4 ?

i found that my fps do not jump around so much and stays at a playable speed.
eg: outside my frames used to jump from 35 to 10 even if i was facing towards the ground without moving, after catalyst 6.4 install, it remains at a steady 27-30+ fps outside.

helped me a bunch.

What card, and what are the rest of your relevant specs? I'm reluctant to try them. I say "if it's not broke, don't fix it!" I've had pretty good luck with the 5.13s

x850pro, Ath64 3200, 512 ocz 400ram... but i do overclock my vidcard.
if it runs great than i do not recommend a catalyst upgrade (or maybe a test), i usually get the newest release drivers from ati, so i am only comparing these drivers to the cat6.3
