What's a good SFF case that has a big window, otherwise austere looks, and can fit a Geforce 690 and the PSU needed to run that?
 
Not a whole lot of SFF cases with windows, tbh. None that I've seen so far.
 
The only ITX case that I know of that will have 3 expansion slots to fit a 690 is the NCase, but that won't be out for a while and there's no window either, so you'll have to make do with an mATX case. Try these:
