I am looking for some ind of Full tire but must meet these requirements.

Must have Dust filters that are easy to Service (My Antec 1200 is a PITA because you have to remove both side panels plus the 24 thumb screws from all 3 cages)

The Abs canyon 595 has a very serviceable Dust filter, just pops off from the front. but the case is too small for what I need. which brings be to my next requirement.

Must have enough room for at least two double 120mm radiators inside the case.
 
Have you considered the Cooler Master HAF X? I think it will be the bees-knees of affordable full tower cases for this year. Also consider the HEC Cougar.
