Ok, so this is a question I have been meaning to ask for advice on.

I am thinking of taking my case apart and stripping the inside and completely cleaning it.

I want to paint the inside completely white. Am I completely safe on just snagging some auto engine paint and doing a few coats in the inside? I decided auto because it's obviously durable and withstands heat (Not that my computer runs hot or anything, just a factor that speaks volumes in not having moisture buildup off from paint that is cheap and can't withstand basic computer temps.).

So in a sense, will this pose any problems?
 
Should work fine - but prime first with a good etching automotive primer.

Or, alternatively, since you're using high heat paint - let it dry to a tack, then bake it in your oven. :)
