Anyone bought from Case-mod.com? Heard anything about them? Trying to decide whether or not I should buy my PSU from there (it would be about $20 cheaper overall if I did) but am unsure if they have any customer support or if it is good customer support in the first place. Don't want to get screwed with a bad PSU and then not be able to return it or something stupid like that.

I bought from them once. Fast delivery iirc. Not sure how there return is if there are issues.

i cant comment on their return policy, but i ordered from them a few weeks ago and received my products in a timely manner.

I actually had to RMA my first S-12 600 through them. Shipping on both supplies was top notch. I initially ordered in the afternoon, about 4pm, and they still got it boxed and shipped out the same day. Since I live so close, it actually showed up the very next day which was nice.

The PS worked for awhile, but the PC would shut off after about an hour. It did this twice, then didnt turn on at all. Troubleshot, determined bad supply and applied for an RMA. The guy seemed really knowlageable. He asked if I was using a DFI board, knowing about the compatability issue and going over some basic troubleshooting stuff * which I had already done*.

Anyway, sent the supply back. Got a replacement within a few days and it works perfectly

I wouldn't hesitate to do buisness with them again. The only thing to remember, is there usually isnt anyone there until after 12pm PST so replies tend to be in the afternoons.
