I own an Antec P180B with Antec TriCool Fans. I have had two Tricool fans, the original that came with the case and a second one which Antec sent me after I notified them of my problem. The problem is: The rear exhaust fan makes a clicking noise, as if something is wrong with the bearing assembly. I can easily pinpoint it to this fan cause when the fan isn't spinning - the noise is not there. My original and the replacement that Antec sent me both started making this noise after a week or so of operation. The other Tri-Cool fans operate nice and quietly. Could it be something on my end? Is there someway to "modify" it to fix this clicking? Also, what are some good-flowing, quiet 120mm case fans?

Though I can't help you with fixing the fans, I can recommend the Yate Loon 120mm fans as a cheap / viable solution.

just a quick suggestion, maybe part of the frame of the fan is knocking around. Try sticking a folded rubberband between the fan and the case on each side, tighten the fan down, and see if that helps.
