I've always had a question about this but never got around to ask it:

What's the best way to get good airflow within your case?

Should I have matched (RPM,CFM,etc) fans doing intake and also outake? What's positive air pressure vs negative...am I on the right track?

This all came back to my head because I'm building a new box, and also I was eyeing the silversone Raven 2 and was thinking with such huge fans intaking air from the bottom and one doing outake...would it really keep internal temps cool?
 
The best way to get good airflow is to have a clear path for the air to flow to. Most cases have negative pressure (more exhaust than intake), which makes sure that all the hot air gets expelled, but tends to leave your machine dustier. Positive pressure cases have more intake than exhaust. This forces the internal air out of every opening possible, meaning less dust gets in, but allows for pockets of hot air.

I have an FT02, which is basically the same as the RV02 you're looking at and there's not problem with the positive pressure design of that case. Moving from my old Raidmax Smilodon to the FT02 dropped my videocard idle temps 5C. It does help to have a stronger fan on top, but good luck finding one as efficient as the stock golf fan (the golf fan moves a lot of air for being so quiet). I would just leave the case as is.
