I'm building a gaming computer w/ gigabyte ds3 mainboard, E6600 oc'd to 3.6GHz, and an 8800gts 320mb. Those specs are just to give an idea of how much space/cooling I might need. From your 2nd link I would probably choose
1. 900 if overclocking and cooling is a concern
2. P180 should perform well in cooling and should be quiet
3. Sonata II - 2x120 fans, rear tri-cool fan and front optional. Should be a decent case and good price right now at frys.com Sonata II $49 After REBATE

The Centurion series also has good airflow. The 534 version would be better if you want a more quiet system, since the 5 has an 80mm intake while the 534 has a 120mm intake (both have a 120mm exhaust).
The Sonata for $50AR is actually a pretty good deal. The case is really heavy, though -- so its very sturdy, lol.
I have 2 of each of those cases (sonata, sonata ii, c5, and c534), and I'd say they're about equal. The C5 keeps the HDDs cooler, since they're mounted "normally." That crossbar on the Antecs is annoying when installing everything, but great for carrying the system up onto your desk, lol. The Piano finish of the Sonata is nice, but easily dirtied.
I'd suggest checking out these cases in person, at Fry's, Microcenter or CompUSA if they're still around in your area (socal ones are out of cases and just about everything else, too, lol). PC club and those other small places may have some cases to check out, too. Then, when you find the one you like, figure out if its cheaper to buy from B&M (no shipping charges, just tax) or online (factor in shipping and tax).
I liked the P180 on my screen, but when I checked it out in person, I didnt like it. If you want aluminum, go with Lian-Li or Silverstone. If you want a very quiet PC, go with the P180(B) or P150 (or SOLO). If you're looking for an affordable case, go with the Centurion or the Sonata (if it has a nice rebate).
