Cant Turn on Hibernation on laptop...

i just formatted my laptop and did a fresh install of XP SP2, after setting everthing up ive found i cant turn on hibernation. A message comes up saying "The Process cannot access the file because its being used by another process. only problem is i cant figure out what process is causing thing. anyone have an idea?
