can't hear voice........

Hi, I was watching a movie on my computer and all of a sudden I couldn't hear any voices. I can hear music but when someone is talking I can't hear a crap. Does anyone know what's going on. I have maximus formula and their stock sound card. Thx

By any chance, did you tell your computer that you have a center speaker when you do not in fact have one? Or did you connect stereo speakers to the rear satellite connector while telling the computer you had surround?
