I got a problem with a CD-RW disc. It's got some pretty important photos on it from my Sony Mavica (one of the Mini CD Burning models) Anyway the camera can read the photos from the disk and everything, the camera won't finalize the disk. I can't read it in my computer. and Nero can't close out the disk in the computer so I can read the photos. Are there any suggestion you guys can think of, I'm at my wit's end.
