I'm struggling to decide which drive to buy. I'm gonna order computer parts from newegg.

AMD 64 2800+
512MB DDR PC3200
80GB SATA 8mb cache
ATI 9600 Pro

The two contenders are:

Seagate 80gb 7200.7 SATA 8mb Cache
Maxtor Diamondmax9 SATA 8mb Cache

I need the computer to be pretty quiet as it will be right near my bed and on 24/7 folding. I have read both reviews of these drives but I can't decide and to make it worse they are the same price on newegg. I know the Maxtor is faster but the Seagate is quieter. Does anyone have complaints about the 7200.7's idle grinding noise? Thanks.
