Can't connect to assignment server

For some reason I can't connect to the assignment server. Funny thing is I was having no problems up until just now.

Here's what I've got:

In case this matters this happened after I upgraded my cpus from 2x hex core to 2x octo core and then finished the smp unit the machine was crunching. It couldn't upload the wu so I deleted the work directory and let it start over and since then it won't connect to the assignment server. I also deleted the que.dat and worklog.
 
Screw it. I'm going to reinstall Ubuntu and set things up from scratch.
 
That did the trick. Folding a 8104 now. We'll see how this goes.
 
Hold off doing a reinstall. Sometimes the bigadv|bigbeta WU servers stumble for a it.
