canon S330 error codes ?

i am trying to find out what a E24 error code means on a canon S330, tried google and canon's website but no luck so far.

i have tried 2 different CF cards and made sure the battery is fully charged but seconds after i start the cammera it shuts down and gives me this code.

not sure if this cammera is still under warrenty, i would hate to have to spend any money fixing it.
