Cannot Overclock with New OCZ Ram

Well, I purchased some new ram,

OCZ DDR PC-3200 Premier Dual Channel

Tried running at the timings that it sugguests,

2.5-3-3-3-7

It works fine, untill I try to go back to my overclocked settings,

IE, sig...

This should have not problem! Hell, I even tried running at 200x11FSB and it wouldn't take it anymore... damnit my old crapy samsung ram was better then this!
