Can I do better?

I'm asking for some suggestions to possibly make my overclocking experience better and my system to run more efficient.

Currently, my system is as follows:

Abit IC-7
Pentium 4 2.4c @ 3.01 Ghz
(2) 256 MB's Kingston HyperX PC3500 DDR RAM
(2) Maxtor 6YM0120 120 GB SATA HD's in Raid-0
(1) Western Digital "Special Edition" 80 GB Caviar with 8 mb cache
Powercolor 9700 Pro
Hercules Fortissimo III
Antec TruBlue 480w PSU
Running Windows XP with SP1

Currently, my FSB is at a nice, stable 250. However, I have to underclock my RAM to do this by running a 5:4 divider or else the SOB won't post.

My system temperature is 93.2 F and CPU is 111.2 F idle. Under load, I'm not sure, but it can't be much higher.

Also, my RAM timings are a fairly tight 2.5-3-3-7.

My only question is though, does anyone see any possible ways to demand even better performance from my system? I always like constructive criticism. Emphasis on constructive though...
