Can I delete This is Vista?

First of all I have the upgrade version of vista, which I installed on top of the Vista to do the full installation trick with just the upgrade version.

OK, when I go Disk Cleanup there is this thing called Files Discarded by Windows Upgrade, it takes up 1GB, is it safe to remove that stuff?
