Has anyone bought or used these items before? Do you think the bay freezer would be worth the 12 bucks it costs? And for the PC Air Conditioner where would that go? would it fit into a regular case or would i have to mod it? does anyone have any other items that would help cool my case down with out going into watercooling or case modding?

The first is a waste of money, case fans should do the same job.

The second is interesting, but not necessary if you have good airflow. I say this because if you don't have good airflow, that thing probably won't be able to cool your entire system, and if you do have good airflow, then any cool air created by it won't be in your system that long.
