Does anyone know how to rip apart an MP3 file and take out the person singing in a song and all words and then seperate that from the music?

It isn't possible to totally separate vocals and music, no, unless it is an extremely rare case. Take a look at this and you'll begin to understand why.

Yeah, it's like trying to take the EGGS out of a cake after it;s been mixed and cooked. Just can't be done EXCEPT in very, very rare circumstances... If your looking for tracks wothout Vocals try the Kareoke tracks...

The issue with that method of vocal elimination is that any non-vocal phase-coherent stereo signals will be removed. This usually means that bass, percussion and other instrumentation (as well as reverb) will be removed, leaving you with practically nothing (though this is very dependent on the track).
