Can anyone help?

I know this sounds a little crazy, but does anyone have an X2 4200+ that they know can OC and is willing to trade for an X2 4200+ that can only OC to 2.4 on my system? I know its a risk but im trying to figure out if its my mobo or my CPU that are limiting my CPU because i cant go past 2.42 even if i up the voltages....
