Can anyone help me with flash?

Basically I wanted to create a menu like this for my site.

The thing is, I don't really have much time right now with midterms and all to learn flash right now. Does anyone think they can help me with this? I basically wanted to do something similar to this, but instead of just a white picture I wanted to put an image of something else in there and then have it linked to different parts of my site.

so you want someone to do it for you is what your saying? if you don't have time to follow exact steps in the tutorial and slightly modify to meet your needs how do you think someone "helping" you is going to make it any faster by doing it yourself?
