Anyone take the time to do a real calibration of this monitor and if so what are the values you ended up with?

I picked it up a couple of days ago from Micro center, it is very nice, great text but as is typical for a TN panel the colors are off of ideal for what the monitor can probably display. I have not attempted to calibrate it with online tools yet because I have not had the time. I would like to find out what it can do so I can decide whether or not to keep it.

Oh, I am planning on using the tools at: http://www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/
I have a Nikon d40x so I think I am going to do the tests on the contrast and ghosting as well, If anyone is interested let me know and when I get it done I will post it.
If someone knows of something better to calibrate with please let me know.
Thanks,

i would also be interested

what specs are you using?

i've got everything set to max

brightness and contrast at 100, color custom with r g and b set to 255 (max)

sharpness at 4 and video over drive and diynamic contrast off

looks pretty decent. it looked a little bleak out of the box, but now i'm pretty happy with it. though i know its not "accurate"

let me know what you are using

Interesting. I am at work right now but,
Contrast and brightness much lower than that but it is in an always dark room.
I'll check when I get home, I upped the digital vibrance in the Nvidia panel but it still seems like it is off on the reds. Shepards red armor looks purplish in ME2.
I have not got around to using the camera yet, been too nice outside lately. when I do I'll post my findings and settings.

I'd be very interested to see some settings as well. I just got 2 of these LCD's myself. While they are pretty decent out of the box, I think they could do a lot better. I haven't had time to dive into the menu too much to do my own adjustments just yet.
