Calendar / Organizer program

Looking for a program that meets these requirements


* windows xp
* places notes / calendar / todos on the Wallpaper (desktop)
* supports import/export from standard files (iCal etc)

Doesn't have to be freeware, I'm willing to pay around $30-40 for a perfect program

#1 and 2 are covered by google desktop! It's free! And awesome!

I don't know what your number 3 is though... :confused:
 
Funny thing, I ended up finding my way into google desktop just now.
Only thing is that it gets in the way of my buddy list on gAIM (like aim)... Wish it didn't have to take up the WHOLE sidebar.

edit: never mind, guess you can just pull them off the sidebar, perfect! Hope it saves the possitions on startup
