im looking into sleaving my cables with some uv rective sleeving, and changing over to rounded uv ata cables... now i dont know hte first thing about sleaving, but i do know what is avaliable... all im gonna be doing is the leads coming out of the PSU, so would this be suffienct? do i need another diameter of sleeving..? they have 1/2, 1/4, and 3/8, what would do the best for me? thanks for any input!
 
1/4" or 3/8" would work well for fan and floppy drive power cables. You may want to consider doing your ATX power cable to match; unfortunately you'd need something in the 3/4" range to sleeve that bad boy.
 
well the power cable is already sleaved so that is not a worry, and i wanna clean up the rest of this junk.. right now i have it all hidden behind hte hard drive cage, but the wires=ugly. so would i be better off with 1/4 or 3/8? 3/8 would only be 1/8 of an inch bigger, should i get those so i have more to work with?
 
Go to 2CoolTec's closeout sale and buy a vantec cable sleeving kit which has an assortment of the sizes for only $7 (since it's half off due to the closing).
I just bought 2 myself.

why would you pay for spiral loom when you can make em

some of my computers have the wires sleeved... in a ghetto way... i just get those huge straws from pixie stix and 7eleven and i cut it spirally and made my own... it looks really neat too... a LOT neater from what it used to be

edit- imma try to get pics of it tomorow... maybe
 
I got 2 black kits from them (just incase, since the price was right), and when I get them I will start posting pics as I progress.
 
I'll be sleeving my case with antec's black stuff tomorrow when it arrives. I'll take before and after pics..
