Ok so I am buying a new PSU b/c the clutter in my PC is unbearable with all the wiring. The Rosewill that I have it a very strong runner and has been going for the better part of 2 years. The PSU MUST be 500-600watt, MUST have modular cabling and MUST be under $120.

Anyway this is the one I am looking at: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817812002

If anyone has any other recommendation please speak. Thank you! :D

www.buy.com has a Corsair HX 520 for under $100 shipped.

Remember, not all psu's are made the same. The HX 520 has more usable power than most 600+w psu's. Quality, quiet, and it's modular too.

IF you have a bit more to spend, there's a rebate to get an HX 620 for just a tiny bit over your budget.

Nevermind, getting the Corsair 620 instead. Might a little bit over but, I can wait to get my new LCD monitor. Thanks again! :)
