Bulgin Switch question

I replaced my power switch with a Bulgin switch this weekend and it won't turn off! Even if I shut down from within Windows, the machine turns right back on. Holding in the switch does nothing. I've got the following switch from FrozenCPU.com: Lighted Bulgin Switch . I've got the LED wired up to the outer terminals and the power leads wired to the inner two terminals. Anyone else ever had this problem? Any suggestions on a possible fix, or do you think it is just a bad switch?

Nevermind - I reversed the leads on the switch and it works fine now! I should have tried this last night, was just too tired to think clearly.

How do you install it? I can't seem to find mine right now, but do you need any resistors or diodes for it, to install it to the front panel to make it work right?
