Ok wondering if its possibly and if so what is needed. To house 2 speakers in case and wire em to the pc.

I would be connecting them into the MB but would i need to run an amp for them as well or could i just wire the 2 speakers together and run to the MB.

Also if i do need to run an amp what is the smallest you know of and how much power would it consume.

Ok so thats a 30w amp i'd need (2) 15 watt speakers then. Is there a way of figuring out how much power an amp will need based off its wattage?

It is usually much easier then that.
In fact in this case all you have to do is read the description to figure out the power requirements:

this small amplifier is constructed around the TDA1521 IC, capable of delivering 2x15W RMS
(4 ohm) or 2x10W RMS (8 ohm). The IC is thermally and short circuit protected. THD: .07% (1W/1 kHz). Frequency response: 7 to 60,000Hz (-3dB). Requires 2x12 VAC, 2A transformer (sold separately).

Simple enough right?
(Digi-key part number TE62062-ND would work nicely with that amp)
