i posted a few weeks ago of a plexi res cracking badly on me

this is what ive replaced it with

http://we-todd-did-racing.com/wetoddimage.wtdr?i=wMjg1OTM2NnM0MTNkZmQzMXk1NDE%3D

its all copper except the cap, so i believe itll prevent alot of the corrosion i was getting on the old resior(it had al. caps and fittins)

big honkin' copper res. nice work.
that should take care of a lot of corrosion probs if your previous setup had some straight AL in it. You definitely shouldn't have to worry about it cracking. :D

I have a copper res that I have been playing with a little -- no newer pics than this one but this is how it started:

the top and bottom are brazed in place and I built an adapter plate so it could be mounted to either an 80 or 120mm fan mounting location.

whow nice.

That really can be finnished off nicely with commandand or any quality polishing compiund
