Building my first SFF PC.

I was hoping to order the parts for my first SFF PC by tomorrow or the day after and have all my parts by Saturday so I can put it all together over the weekend. I'm familiar with making regular PCs in towers, but acknowledge my ignorance in SFF builds, so please excuse my nubness.

These are the parts that I plan to order:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ Dual Core Processor $328.80

ASPIRE X-QPACK-NW-BK/420 Black Computer Case - Retail $91.00

ASUS A8N-VM CSM Micro ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail $100.00

XFX PV-T70G-UDF7 Geforce 7800 GT Overclocked PCI Express 256MB DDR Video Card w/HDTV-Out, Dual DVI & VIVO Retail $300.00

1 GB DDR (400) PC-3200 Corsair w/LED Display (CMX1024-3200PRO $140.00

BenQ Black IDE DVD Burner Model DW1640 - OEM

I already have a Seagate 200GB SATA HD laying around, so I'll be using that.

My main questions is this:
Will everything be able to fit into that case? Also, I'd much rather have a Shuttle XPC case (SN25P), but I don't believe the PSU will have the juice to power the 7800GT as well as the X-Fi Fatal1ty sound card that I plan on purchasing in the future. Any thoughts? Also, if it will be able to support my setup with its 240W stock PSU, will it run hot if I do not modify it? It seems people have been complaining about their SN25Ps running hot.

Any thoughts or comments will be greatly appreciated.
 
Shuttle power supplies can handle whatever hardware you can fit in the case. There are people running 7800GTXs and 3 HDs. But you won't be fitting any PCI soundcards in one, at least not in the SN25P. 1x PCI-e only.

that 350W PSU can seriously handle anything you put in it?
 
SN25P power supply is 350w, but yeah it's a hearty unit. i have a 3500+ and BFG 7800gt in mine and it's fine. I don't know much about the smaller Shuttles, but you'd want an SN25P for a performance oriented system.
