Currently am bulding a system using these parts.
P4 2.4 northwood 533 fsb
pm800 via based micro atx motherboard w onboard ethernet, sound
Hitachi 60 gig HD
samsung 16x dvd burner
evga 6200 agp 128 meg
1 gig ddr400

Will a 200 watt or 300 micro atx psu handle this?
I could get a power consumption reading at zippys power calc so
i figure about 38 watts for the 6200. I didn't see an external power connector on the card.

What case are you using?

There's a number of microATX cases that use standard sized power supplies.

Just one that I had. Unfortunaterly it will not fit a standard psu. I do have an arrow 300 watt micro atx but the 12v is only 10 amp. My concern is if I can run a 6200 128 card without a problem. Again I did not see an external connector for power on the card.
