Budget entry-level Mini-ITX system help

I've been tasked with finding/researching mini-ITX systems for use in a DOS retail network environment. These systems need to be very entry-level (<1ghz, 128mb ram, 20gig disk space, etc), and preferrably <$300.

I'm new to these SFF systems - does such a thing exist? I've found a few sites that market higher end SFF systems, but nothing on the low end.

Any help/suggestions appreciated - TIA!

there are a couple on Newegg starting at $100 but beware you get what you pay for. A decen 1ghz model can be less than 200
