BUBBLES in my loop!! *help*

What's the best way to get rid of pockets of bubbles in the loop? I've been tapping, squeezing, pinching for an hour and the same bubble pocket keeps swirling back into the same area of my main inlet hose to my pump. :(:(

Any tips/tricks?
 
I had the same problem when I put together my loop, and I felt the same way (obssessed with taking them away). Just let it run, and every hour or so, tap the tubes a bit to let the bubbles loose. It'll take a lot of time for the bubbles to go away, but they will eventually. Also, try tipping your case back and forth every now and then. I find that helps a bit too.
 
Keep adding water (distilled) or snake oil coolant w/e, occasionally jog the pump (off/on), pinch as you are, never run a pump dry (common sense).....an inline T' makes this process easier, you come to the point it won't take anymore fluid.....you simply let it run it's course....it will take a few hours to work out all of the air....this is a normal course. ps it will run warm with air in the line good way of telling if you do not have clear sight components or tubing.
 
Using a swiftech Micro-Rez, I find a loop is just about bubble free in about four hours. A t-line will take longer, but it depends on were it's located in the loop.
 
I agree that the res is best when adding fluids but this is not always pratical depending upon where it is mounted.......a "T" at the lowest point of the circuit at the length of say 10-12" works great plus when it comes time to drain or flush you can extended it a safe distance away from the internals components...cosmetically IDK...I usually tuck it up beside the HD cage....or you could use a quick disconnect...I run a closed case so it doesn't matter to me.

you always want the air draining part as far up high as you can in a loop. reservoir, t-line etc.
personally i would never recommend going the t-line way, beacuse a reservoir is so much easier. main thing to remember is, reservoir first, then pump. and put the reservoir in the top of the loop
 
It should be noted that it is impossible to put your reservoir in the top of the loop if you have your radiator mounted to the inside/top of your case. But even so the bubbles will work themselves out.
I found that running my pump at a higher rate for a bit helped push the bubbles out, as well as create a vortex coming out of my gpu block.

That is wc 101 but unfortunately unless you set it up ghetto....impossible? I guess not you could put the res. somehow ontop of the case w/e not something I personally am willing to do- usually at best 99% of the time the radiator will be in highest position in the loop and the res. will be second highest position and some people don't even run a res....very possible on .5"id tubing.
