Where can I get some good braided sleeves for some cable management?

I'm thinking of sleeves that look like the ones featured in ATLPimp's (and many other) rigs, hope you don't mind the using of pic.

or you could just do it the easy way with split tubing like in my ATCS.... costs about 70 cents per foot...

What kind of tubing is that? I get all my stuff tomorrow and hopefully put it all together then.
 
I plan on re-sleeving my Corsair 750w, thanks for the links and to the op for posting this topic!
