I have an Antec regular 350w, and I'm trying to decide if it just cant keep up with my computer. Mostly I notice it when I scroll on a webpage I can hear the fans and waterpump change speed a slight bit. According to MBM, my 5v line has dipped to 4.73 at its lowest, which means that I can honestly say to Newegg that it has dropped below specifications. I kind of wonder if maybe a replacement would do a bit better, or if I just need to go to a 400+W.

I ran a calculator on a webpage listed on another post and it says that I'm at about 320W total.

If I were you I'd return it to newegg and get the 480W Antec
In that pricerange the Fortron 550w has more power and specification-wise its more future proof. Nothing against the true480...i own one ;)

Read up on some of the newer threads to see what i mean.

I agree with you the Fortron is the beter PS but since smandzak is using an Antec and will be RMA'ing it I suggested the Antec.
