Today, within a gap of 2 hours, this is the second time, my PC showed blue screen and restarted. After restarting, this is the message that windows displayed. My PC is 6 yrs old, is it closer to end of Life? I don't have enough savings to buy a brand new high end gaming rig . I need minimum 3 months of saving in order to do that

I forgot to mention, my CPU is clocked to default speed, since last 2 yrs

Download and run memtest86 overnight. How do the caps look on the board?

I wouldn't associate a random BSOD with your computer dieing.
