Blue Light filter glasses

I stupidly bought a pair of these at work last night clipons I was going to get a real script if they worked then I Googled this video.
They even sell these in electronics now just glasses with plastic frames and lenes so it had me curious.

the glasses still help if you are working late in artificially lit rooms with blue lights (like most offices)

but yea, eye strain is mostly coming from being onscreen 12+ hours with little break, throughout the night crushing our circadian rhythm.

Also: add in coffee, other shit, and I'm convinced after living in vietnam for a while seeing almost everyone wear glasses there, just riding a bike and having shit blasting into your eye balls is, I dunno, also not good for them. I dunno.. oh, and porn, that stuff keeping your eyes open for minutes at a time with no blinking, constantly draining your body of vital protein-rich and hormone-balancing fluids, that's gotta go. politics? sure, why not. looking at old saggy people mentally mud wrestle is not in line with God's plan, enabling Satan to inflitrate your soul, turning your eyeballs slowly red as you make your transition to The Unholy One's servant. No blue light down in Hell though, so that's a plus...

Blue light is great to save your bodies natural clock from getting hosed late at night, other than that, there is zero science that blue light does any damage to your eyes. ANY eye care place that charges you for blue light to your glasses is a scam, they all get it for free.
