They are like 2.5 years old and I was curious if anyone knew that logitech would replace them this late in the game?

They were given to me, the guy told me they the bass speaker sounded funny and I started looking up some info about it and these set of speakers do have a probelm with the bass speaker blowing. He said he bought them about 2 years ago but ended up getting a set of Pro Media Ultras so they just setup not getting used and he give them to me.

Sat's sound fine but the bass speaker sounds like crap if you turn the bass up even just a little.

If anyone hasnt had any luck getting them replace this late in the game, how hard would it be to replace whatever the problem is in the bass speaker? Is it just a blown resistor/cap? Any info would be appreciate.
