Black Screen on wake, when more than 1 display is plugged in.

When I wake my computer, the screen is completely black. I can unplug, and plug back in one of the displays, and it will work again. This happens on another computer of mine, too, ruling out hardware weirdness.
Both computers are running Windows 8 Pro x64, and have an AMD Radeon HD 6870, and 7870, respectively.
Is anyone else having this problem, and if so, is there a fix other than unplugging, and plugging back in one of the displays, or rebooting?

I'm having this problem with my new 7950 video card and the latest 13.8 beta 2 driver that came out yesterday. I can CTRL+ALT+DEL and get out of it, but I Think i'm gonna roll bakc to the first 13.8 beta as it didn't do the black screen on wake thing.
