I just went and checked mine, and I can't tell. The holes are too big for an M3 thread and too small for an M4. I'm quite positive they are metric cause a 6-32 thread is about the right size but still doesn't go in.
Your best bet is to buy a 6-32 tap and make them that. McMaster sells them for about $10.00 . Good luck!

Wow, thank you so much for taking the time to look. I don't think even HWLabs knows the answer.
Maybe it's M3.5? Does that even exist? I will probably either tap it to M4 (since it looks like I will have to tap it either way) or superglue M3 nuts to the inside of the shroud. Thanks again!

Yes, M3.5 does exist but it's very rare and I guess they might be thinking of self-tapping screws with those radiators.
You need to tap it for sure and use the right screws. 6-32 is a great option since it's cheap and case screws is 6-32 as well.
