bitcoin [H] MH/s estimate thread...

I'm in with my 5870. Whatever the average for that is. I'll start mining when [H] has a pool.

~200 mhash/s with a 5770. I should be able to add a 5850 eventually when I build a new system.

About 330 boxes running at ~1700 MH/s total. I know that CPU's are totally inefficient - but since power and everything is free. Why not ? :D
Code:
vendor_id : GenuineIntel
cpu family : 6
model : 23
model name : Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7400 @ 2.80GHz
stepping : 10
cpu MHz : 2793.007
cache size : 3072 KB

Isn't somebody at your company/ university/ government agency going to notice the spike in power usage?

At $0.10 a kw/h it is probably close to break even on the USD power costs so it's basically taking from the company and giving yourself bitcoin.

What if we did a namecoin pool? Apparently it's more efficient since the difficulty is lower then bitcoins and you just trade namecoins for bitcoins.

190Mh/s+ with an HD5770 at 920MHz core. Looking to add another and hopefully double this.

I added my 5850. If it pays off, then it's worth the sacrifice. Currently at 518 mhash/s with a 5850 and 5770.
