Bios settings not registering?

Hey guys,

Up until now I have been using a software fsb utility to overclock my computer. Today I decided to use my bios to adjust my fsb and memory voltage. The problem is, My settings in bios doesn't seem to show up on CPU-Z, or my hardware setup in 3Dmark03. Ive cleared my cmos, but nothing has changed. Any suggestions?
