can you enter BIOS from windows w/o restarting your comp...imma try my first oc
 
On my abit NF7-S I use the FlashMenu utility and change bios's from the desktop. OK this gets you the flash but you should do a couple things for it to be a smooth transition. after flashing shut down, unplug power, and set the jumper to clear cmos, and hit the power switch a couple to clear the mobo capacitors. It will stop at checksum during post, so delete into bios setup and load optimized defaults first. Go to desktop, restart, delete to bios and then start having fun or frustration...depending on your constitution....;-)
