So I have a x850pro and recently installed 5.9 drivers.
I want to flash to x850xt pe
after doing so should I reinstalled my drivers?
 
no windows will install the ati drivers automatically for you when it picks up the "new" card
 
Nope.. windows will still see it as an "Ati x850 series" videocard.
Good luck with flashing the bios.. if you can do it (successfully unlocking all your pipes), please keep me updated and tell me how you did it..

I have the vivo x850pro (made by ati), and it flashed successfully, but didnt unlock the extra pipes. I think that its been lasercut but im not going to remove my cooler to see.
