I am building a website pretty much like this:

I have the radio buttons and all that crap looks great. But what I need help with is. If you go to the link ive provided just go to one of their random customization pages. Ok you with me? Now select an option doesnt matter, Whether it be CPU, Graphics cards blah blah, doesnt matter at all. Select one now you see how the picture changes for that specific item? Thats what I would like to incorporate.
I am using Dreamweaver CS4.
